If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
